Florida--first 3 days!

While the girls are away, Mommy will play! We just got back from a fun-filled week at Panama City Beach! I wish my girls could've joined us, but I had a ton of fun relaxing and soaking up the beach.

Unfortunately the first 3 full days we had rain. It was a huge bummer, and everyone was getting cabin fever, but luckily the weather turned and we had a good 3 days at the end of the week to enjoy the sun.

Day 1:

We arrived around 10am but couldn't get into our condo until around 2:30pm, so we explored the town a little, ate some lunch, and sat on the beach for a bit until we could get in. Our condo was awesome! Right on the beach. 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out--and no sharing bathrooms! Mark and I had our own balcony on the 3rd floor, and it was awesome waking up to the ocean every morning.

These photos were taken the first morning. You can't really tell from the photos, but it was RAINING!!! :( Boo.

Day 2:

We decided to use this rainy day to celebrate Colton's birthday and his bday request was to swim with the dolphins. He claims this has been one of his "lifelong dreams" and on his bucket list. So glad he was able to check this off at the ripe old age of 13. :) He had a blast and it was fun watching the dolphins play. We also enjoyed some yummy ice cream cake.

Day 3:

We had more rain, unfortunately, so we played board games, ate, drank, watched movies, and sang karaoke. I didn't take any photos this day, but we were all ready for some sun, which was in the forecast for the next day...
